The house is an old school beach house and exactly what I asked for- beach front with a covered porch. When its high tide it looks like the house is over the ocean! Its an older property and has been well loved. The views are amazing and the layout is well designed for 4 adults and two tiny pups. Its close to everything and there is plenty of parking.

Best of all is the location on the beach. Good parking for 4 cars (we had only 2). Old fashioned beach home with great front and back porches and adequate kitchen. Sofas comfortable, but beds could use new mattresses and there were some worn cabinetry areas, but not enough to really bother anyone. Main detraction is the very small toilet space in the one bathroom. Seven of us (3 generations)) had a great time and actually preferred it to some of fancier, newer, larger homes we have rented on the south end of the island. The front beach location cannot be beat. Despite the aforementioned drawbacks, everyone would vote to stay here again. It was a comfy old beach house like we had in the 70s.
