Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

We called that first night and someone (not local) said they would inform the local support in the area to handel the situation. No one called and we were force to quickly move out to move into a hotel 50 miles away. We literally threw out clothes that we thought could have bedbugs. Vacasa did not respond till the next day!!? That event literally ended a family vacation. Several family members left. Vacasa would only agree to refund a portion of the stay and none of the hotel bills. They are a literal absentee landlord that get their way without being accountable. I will have plenty of opportunity, however to complain/yelp!

Not impressive but not horrible either. Inexpensive uncomfortable king mattress. A Walmart kind of experience instead of higher end.

Location is amazing. Cute condos… very spacious for our family. Great price for the quality. Master bedroom wasn’t as comfy (cool) as we’d hoped, but everything else was great. Make sure to rent your own golf cart or bicycles. The Arcade game was a hit!

We stayed at this beach condo for a family reunion of sorts, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was a standout — better stocked than most rentals I’ve stayed in, with quality equipment and thoughtful touches that made cooking a breeze. The location was convenient, and we really appreciated how everything was set up to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care went into preparing this home for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed beach stay.
