Inside, discover sunlit spaces, updated appliances, and plenty of comforts to make your stay a truly memorable one. Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the intimate breakfast bar or the nearby dining table - perfect for rainy day board games with the whole family! Make your way into the cozy living area to sink into the large sectional and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts or drift out into the sunroom for socializing or quiet afternoons with a good book and a perfect cup of coffee. This condo also comes complete with central air-conditioning for those hot summer months and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not operational. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.
