1 room efficiency with Murphy bed, nice for what it was but over priced for fold down efficiency; + 30+% hidden fees + unexplained and kept $40 for incidentals. Just enough to make it not worth messing with. Seems to be the way now. Make it seem reasonable then add on after you’ve wasted time. Sleazy and unfortunate, but the way the app + condo both work and how they all seem to work these days. Misrepresent true cost, add “fees” then add more “fees” then tax the misrepresentation and all the “fees”. Just tell me what it actually costs at the start + state and local tax.

Conveniently located very short, walk to the base and lifts. Easy parking in the underground parking lot. Pool in hot tub are very nice. Double check the square footage to make sure it’s adequate for your needs. Stay there by myself so it was fine. Would be tight with any kind of family

Great access to lifts. We parked car on arrival and didn’t move it until checked out 4 days later. Family of 4 (kids age 8 and 11 enjoyed bunks and the pool and hot tub apres ski.) Yotelpad did charge $39/d resort fee that isn’t included in the Vacasa price.
