We loved the location of this unit! It was so convenient for hitting the slopes! The unit was as advertised and pictured! My kids loved being able to watch the ice skaters from the windows. Just to note the king bed is extremely hard. Luckily the unit had a ton of extra pillows that I laid down so I could semi comfortably sleep on my side. It would be nice if the unit included instructions of where to empty trash, how to use heating system, fans, etc. It was insisted that we park on P4 which did not exist in our parking structure so we had to park in the other buildings parking which i don't think was actually correct. I reached out multiple times and they kept insisting that there was a P4 level under out unit, which there was not. Overall a fantastic stay!
Easy to access, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The kitchen was well equipped. The mattresses are very firm. We appreciated the clear instructions.
This would be the place to stay during ski season! It is in the center of everything—within walking distance. Good place for a young family.
Cons: - first and foremost, this was previously mentioned, but the upstairs loft area with the bunk beds has a door that leads to the hallway a floor above. Nothing to warn parents of this, very concerning. There is a deadlock, but can easily be opened by curious little ones. -Decent location but the immediate walking area was very desolate. Lots of closed places (but we visited in the summer). - a true pain to locate the actual unit!! The arrival instructions are almost not helpful at all. The number to call just read what was in the email…… - the main bedroom desperately needs new privacy blinds or curtains. You can see right through the slats (into the bathroom area!) even when they are closed. This was also previously mentioned by other guests :( - very delayed response from whoever owns/runs the property. Pros: - free covered parking for one vehicle. - the unit is beautiful and VERY clean. - lots of towels, blankets, and eating items. - can easily walk to the cute old town busy area, but not idea for little ones (it is a little hike). - beautiful views and location.
This unit is so close to the lift it feels like you are staying inside the mountain. Its perfect for kids that need to go to ski school. Drop off is a couple steps away. One negative about the property would be the lack of a swimming pool and the hot tub. There is a hot tub, but it is not very appealing. The other negative would be the elevators. When you arrive with a lot of luggage, it might be annoying. You need to take 2 elevators to reach the unit from the parking lot. On a regular ski day, we would just take one flight of stairs to reach the unit, no problem. All in all, we loved staying here, the proximity is super convenient. The unit is also very comfortable. We were, a family, 2 adults, 3 kids. It worked out perfectly. The 3 showers are a big plus!
The layout of this condo is perfect for us and future visits with our family. We like that it is ski in/out to the mountain and close to the free bus system which takes you to the town center for dinner or after hours fun. Hopefully Vacasa or the homeowner repairs or replaces the TVs as none of them worked properly.
