Brimming with modern touches and high-end furnishings, this adorable studio will be just the place to call home after long days on the slopes, or afternoons spent exploring the vibrant downtown area! Downtown Park City is within a quick 2-mile drive from the property, and both Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain are less than a 3-mile radius for your many skiing adventures. Enjoy outdoor adventures right next to the building via the Historic Rail Trail, where you can explore miles of biking and hiking trails, and walk only 1.5 miles to Main Street. As an added advantage, this studio is located on the free bus route, which will take you to the ski mountains, downtown, and nearby attractions. If you want to stay closer to home, head out to the shared pool or the hot tub to cool off or soak away your cares. Though this is a cozy space, the plush queen-size bed and double fold-out sofa bed, complimentary internet access, and flatscreen TV grant you all of the comforts needed to kick back in style. And after visiting some of the local restaurants, reheat those leftovers or whip up a few tasty snacks in the kitchenette complete with a microwave, mini oven, stovetop, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and pots and pans! Not to mention, your private balcony, located right outside, is a great place to breathe in some of that crisp mountain air. Things to Know The shared saline filtered pool is open from May until September; the hot tub is open year-round On-site gym available for an additional fee at Silver Mountain Sports Club and Spa On-site laundry machine with phone app payment 4WD/traction may be required in winter Building rules: -Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Parties or events are not permitted during these hours. -Absolutely NO SMOKING in the building, in condos, or on balconies. Anyone caught smoking and/or throwing their butts on the ground by any entry will be sent a violation letter and fined to the max extent. NO smoking within 25 feet of any entrance or window and DO NOT throw the butts on the ground as they are a fire hazard. There will be ZERO tolerance once caught. Guests may face a possible eviction if they do not follow the HOA rules. -Make sure ALL trash goes INTO the dumpster (NOT on the ground) -No animals allowed, except permitted by law. Emotional Support or Service animals must be pre-approved by the Association with appropriate paperwork provided prior to the reservation. -MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR BUILDINGS 4-9 IS 4 PEOPLE -Only one vehicle permitted. YOUR PARKING PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID GETTING TOWED. Amenities: The keycard will give you access to the amenities (Pool & Hot Tub). For a safe and successful Summer, please make note of the following pool area Rules and Regulations that we ask all guests to abide by; Smoking is prohibited Alcohol is not allowed Plastic and paper allowed, no glass containers Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian Pets are not allowed PLEASE return your parking pass or you will be charged $100 replacement fee. These are not temporary parking passes and should not be thrown away or left in the vehicle. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

The unit was in a great location and was exactly as shown in the pictures, however I would not stay there again. Communication with Vacasa was horrible, they were not accommodating with early/late check in/out, for just 1 hour. We had a slight cleanliness issue at the start and when we finally heard back, we were told the cleaner must have rushed. They did end up bringing cleaning spray for us to use. There was no storage for wet skis and there was no dishwasher. The unit was extremely hot in the winter without the heat on and we had to open the balcony door to cool the place down.

This location was perfect for anyone who’s looking to ski at Park City Mountain or Deer Valley. There is a bus stop, with free transportation, conveniently located right outside of the condo complex. The hot tub was sooo nice after a long ski day, and we were easily able to make our way into town for shopping or dinner. Such a fantastic place!

Nice apartment with amenities and comfortable mattress, towels and sheets. I wish that had a water boiling kettle. The Vacasa experience means there’s no way to contact the owner and they make getting in touch with support difficult through forcing you to download an app or calling a support line which isn’t great compared to an airbnb. This didn’t come up as an issue. Another negative about the Vacasa experience (compared to airbnb) is they upsell you on things that should be free like late check out. I was able to store my bags at the main prospector square building for free so this was good. Also the bus came ever few minutes to building 7 so that was super convenient. Overall a great experience
