Commanding a prime location, this 2BR/2BA condo is located at the Redstone Center, a mere 300 yards from the city bus line. Enjoy direct access to Canyons Village, Park City Mountain, and Deer Valley. You’ll also be within easy walking distance of a hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

LIVING AREA
After a fun day on the mountain, enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace in the living room and watch favorite shows on the 40” flat-screen TV. Two plush armchairs and a leather sleeper sofa offer comfy seating.

BED & BATH
This ground-floor unit sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Rest easy in a king-size bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and large closet.
The second bedroom has a full-size bed and another 40” TV. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, the guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.

Your rental is conveniently located within 300 yards of the bus stop. Catch a direct ride to the base of Canyons Village (3 miles), Park City Mountain (6 miles), or Deer Valley (7.7 miles)
This prime location also offers easy walkability to shops, breweries, and cafes. There’s also a bowling alley, movie theater, and grocery store all within a short stroll.
Or head to downtown Park City for even more dining and entertainment options. While downtown, ride the Town Lift, which offers incredible soaring views of the surrounding area, as well as access to some of Park City Mountain’s best ski runs.
Salt Lake City International Airport is 30 miles away.

The location was great! This place was perfect for a family of 4 on a skiing trip! Furniture was nice and the shower had great water pressure!! Kitchen and appliances were nice and had the essentials to cook. Would definitely recommend this place for a family of 4 or less!!
We had originally booked another property but it became unavailable at the last minute and we were able to switch to this condo. It ended up being a wonderful experience. Very clean, great location near shopping and dining and walking trails, well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Would stay again for sure!

This condo was comfortable and clean. Close to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.
Unlike many Park City accommodations, which feel like dated old ski condos built in the 1980's, this is a new, clean, well appointed home. Well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, two separate bathrooms, everything was top notch. Walking distance from Redstone Cinemas (great for attending Sundance), close to plenty of other shopping in Kimball Junction. Make sure you use the parking pass (& return it after), and park in the assigned spots. Tow trucks are greedy jackals in Park City & won't hesistate to tow your car & make you pay $380 to get it back. I had no problems at this property, as they provided good clear instructions, but got towed from the Fresh Market parking lot in Park City proper & it almost ruined my day. But this was a fine property which I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.
