The condo is taller than it is wide, giving it a nest-like quality that is homey and reassuring.

Enter from downstairs next to the garage to the living/dining and kitchen area. Snuggle into the soft gray, leather furniture with animal-themed throw pillows. There's a little fireplace in the corner, just like a cabin. There's a TV with a DVD player for movie nights late at night.

The kitchen is quaint, but with modern, black appliances including a gas-range stove, microwave, refrigerator, and black bear cookie jar, you'll be able to make any meal you desire with ease. With the open floor plan, everyone can socialize easily. The solid wood dining table seats four, with two more chairs at the breakfast island in the kitchen.

Make a plate of appetizers, pop open a bottle of wine, and take it out to your balcony with a private hot tub, or turn the burger master loose on your grill!

All three bedrooms have their own bathroom and TV set, creating privacy for all and doing away with any arguments over who gets to shower first. The master suite has its own fireplace and a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has two twins, plus there is a pull-out sofa bed. This Park City rental comfortably sleeps eight people, great for families meeting for a reunion, or wedding parties, or several couples meeting for a biking trip.

Park City is such a remarkable part of Utah - with the desert and the mountains, you'll find yourself surrounded by a variety of wilderness - dry, scrubby forests, tall pines, lush forests, and flat grassy pastures.
