The full kitchen has everything you'll need for meals and you'll have a dining table to gather around, as well as extra seating at the breakfast bar. In the king master suite, you'll have a fireplace and a TV, and other sleeping options include a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two twins, and a pullout sofabed. Summer vacations can include an abundance of fishing, rafting, hiking, biking and other activities, including swimming at the community clubhouse pool*. Anytime of year, the hot tub deck is ideal for relaxing and soothing sore muscles after a day of skiing or hiking. Home does not have Central AC. Unit is equipped with TWO Portable AC units in the home during the summer months. There is one in the main level living room and one in the master bedroom. Community hot tub is open year round Community pool at clubhouse is open for the summer months only. Please note the HOA/clubhouse only allows up to 6 guests at the pool per home at a time.
