We loved the cleanliness and the kitchen which had new appliances and organized cabinets. It had everything we needed and more! The bed was extremely comfortable and the building was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
have been waiting weeks for a response from the local manager regarding the issues I had. The description that WAS in the contract said firewood is provided. Just like other reviewers have claimed. None was provided. The Smart flat screen TV in the living room had NO REMOTE which meant you couldn't watch it. It powered on. You could watch ABC news your entire stay. There was no hair dryer which I found out after taking a shower for an important dinner while it was below freezing out. Vacasa was notified immediately and repeatedly. Vacasa said it had reached out to local management. Though they had my phone and email, the "local management" dropped off a brand new remote and hairdryer outside my door late the following afternoon which I only discovered when my partner arrived back from skiing. I was in the unit waiting for the remote situation to be resolved. We spent 3 hours trying to program the remote and gave up. It still didnt work for the next family coming in. Vacasa decided this trouble was worth $171 refund for my over $1000 stay. Local management refuses to acknowledge my complaint after 3 weeks of emailing. I wouldn't risk staying in a Vacasa rental in Park City. There are plenty of other units. Not sure I'd stay at another one anywhere. I've given them more than enough opportunity to right the situation but they have failed.
The condo is in a great location (close to town and the ski hill). The listing said there was cable and firewood which there was not. When I reached out to management, they were very unresponsive and slow to respond. They did not fix our issues.
Loved the 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Very close to Park City Mountain Village resort and on the bus line. Short walk to grocery store a definite plus. Lots of towels provided.
