Within the complex, you can access an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The sports fields of City Park (less than half a mile), the Main Street Historic District (one mile), Deer Valley Resort (four miles), and Canyons Village (four miles) are close by as well. Begin each summer morning with coffee and breakfast on the patio, and return after a day of hiking and mountain biking to barbecue dinner on the gas grill. Come winter, you can flip on the gas fireplace, stream a favorite movie in the living room, and watch the snow fall from a warm seat on the sofa. The interior is chic and modern, decorated with contemporary furnishings in a soft, neutral palette. When you're not out and about in town, you'll have an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dual oven, Keurig, drip coffee maker, a spacious dining table, and two bedrooms - each with its own bathroom and smart TV.
