Elegantly updated yet still brimming with alpine warmth, this three-story townhome in Park City Racquet Club provides beautiful space to unwind both inside and out. Enjoy a private hot tub, multiple decks and balconies, and a wonderful location near downtown, the ski slopes, and all sorts of outdoor adventures.
This two-bedroom (plus loft) townhouse sits two miles north of Park City Mountain's main base area. You'll also be well-placed for visiting the Main Street Historic District (two miles), Deer Valley Resort (three miles), and Canyons Village (four miles).
The house is beautifully equipped for warm- and cold-weather adventures alike. In the summer, return home from a day spent hiking to be greeted by a front porch, and a back deck with a gas grill, an outdoor table for alfresco meals, and a hot tub for soothing evening soaks. Come winter, stash your boots by the door, flip on the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on the living room TV.
Enjoy a polished, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas range), a stacked washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs, and two bedrooms upstairs - each with its own TV, private balcony, and bathroom. The sleeping loft - an ideal space for kids - is accessed via a staircase in the guest bedroom.

Loved the closeness to downtown and to skiing, easy walk to the many buses that stop at the MARC gave our crew flexibility, well appointed kitchen, clean and updated bathrooms. Access to loft is through another bedroom, those people need to know each other well. House is bright and sunny!

This unit has 3 full baths, not two and a half. One on first floor, one on 2nd floor hall, and one in the master BR. The loft overlooks the 2nd BR and is accessed via a stairs in the 2nd BR. The hot tub is private and in good condition. The entire unit is clean and well equipped.
