North Fox Hollow Unit F
Redstone at Kimball Junction is the premier planned community in Park City, boasting 40 shops, markets (like Whole Foods), restaurants, and quick access to Canyons Village at the base of Park City - just 6 minutes away. Inside, you’ll find the perfect living area for a cozy evening in: light a fire in the gas fireplace, put your feet up on the sectional and oversized ottoman, and turn on the 40-inch with DirecTV. Also included in the open layout of the main space is a stainless-and-granite kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, double-door fridge, and microwave. Join the cook at the granite counter with three barstools. When the feast is ready, serve it up at the adjacent dining table. From the main space, access the balcony, which has a view of the neighborhood, and a second dining option: an open-air patio table. The primary bedroom and bath are a treat. Whoever claims this room gets a king bed, a 32-inch TV and a spa-like attached bath with a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of twin-over-twin bunks. Keep clothes clean thanks to an in-unit washer/dryer next to the second full bath, equipped with a tub/shower combination. Redstone boasts its own smorgasbord of restaurants, shops and theatres – all within an easy walk. Shopping aficionados will love Tangers Outlet Mall, only minutes away, and then of course there’s Park City itself! Home of America’s largest ski and snowboarding resort at Park City/The Canyons, Park City has activities all year-round spread over its 7,300 acres. And after a day on the slopes, you’re sure to have worked up an appetite, so why not take advantage of one of the many restaurants on offer at the base, from Silver Star Cafe for Southwestern staples to the Legends Bar and Grill. A stroll down Main Street will give you more shopping and dining options than you can possibly try in one stay - luckily, getting here is easy with Salt Lake International Airport only 40 minutes away with daily flights from over 70 cities. The cost of the home did not the match the experience. There were no instructions regarding how to set the heat. We spent a good amount of time trying to figure it out. It's not as intuitive as it would appear. There are more than four remotes -- also not clear on how to turn on the TV. Again no labels or explanation. The fireplace did not work. Maintenance came and was not able to fix it either. There were stains all over the rug as if it was a frat house. The blinds to open also do not work properly throughout the home. Several lights were out. The arm on one of the sofas is peeling really bad and looks awful. There are several details in the home that make it obvious that it's been "ridden hard and ran through." Drawers in the kitchen when you open them show a lot of wear and tear, the bathroom in the master bedroom has a sink stain and the handle comes off. For the same price, there were more luxurious homes available on Airb&b and I regret that I spent what we did. Now, when I called to make a report of all of this, I was just given the cleaning fee back while appreciated, the small fee was really nothing compared to the thousands we spent. The location is amazing, the garage parking a major plus, the large rooms and two bathrooms all great. The beds were also comfortable. While I was not afraid to take a shower and the overall home was "clean", the home just felt used and I did not feel that the value of what I spent. I understand these are rental homes, but I have never felt like wow this house has been ran through like I have in this home.
Nice unit, good location.
Great location! So many restaurants, shops and walking trails close by! Very clean and quick responses from the host. Perfect location for our girls trip. Already can’t wait to come back.
I enjoyed my stay. My family in the past owned a place here, and these places are always an excellent option to stay in, whether you're heading to the ski areas or SLC. I would highly recommend it, and I found nothing wrong with TV access. If you do stay, I highly recommend going to Red Rock Brewing Restaurant
Having a garage to park out of the weather and load/unload gear was great!
Large Condo, comfortable, TVs easy to use which is a plus. Kitchen stocked and was very clean.
