Nice layout. Would be good for 4 people. Bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to good Italian restaurant-Fuego
The property is very simple and basic but fine for my college age daughter and I. Parking was tough, lot was always full. No trash can in the kitchen which is strange but obviously not a deal breaker. The light shining into the interior bedroom was annoying so we used the couch cushions to block out the light. The building is really dated and the hot tub was super strange but we’re not hot tub people so it didn’t affect us. Overall I’d stay there again if the price is right. The parking was really the only issue.
1. Internet was out for 2 days. Reset the router 5 times with no success. Vacasa was informed but no one came out to fix it. 2. First bedroom blind not sufficient to block out hallway light. Vacasa was informed but no response from local office. 3. Second bathroom had a dirty shower pan and broken toilet seat. Vacasa informed but no response from local office.
Great location pretty sparse amenities good and clean but a very very very basic place. TVs did not work but quiet area and comfortable beds… Sometimes that's all you need.
The condo is on the bus route and close to some eating places. It needs updating.
