On Top of the Mountains - Full Townhome

The view of Jordanelle and the mountains beyond is stunning! Where this unit is located there unobstructed views from all three floors. Our only complaint are all the stairs. We used the main kitchen, one long flight of stairs, down from where we parked, and had to transport a lot of food down there. The stairs also made it very difficult for my elderly father to stay with us. Other that that, the place is spacious, nicely decorated and maintained, with breathtaking views.

The customer service was terrible. I asked about early check in the morning of and they said they would let us know if it came available. No problem at all. We got there about 30 minutes before check in and called to see if it was available and they told us no. We asked why it wasn’t available early since it was only 30 minutes until check in and they said early check in is only prompted when the cleaning people inform them that the house has been cleaned so now we’re concerned that the house wasn’t cleaned. The information I was given only had the exterior door lock code on it which led to the foyer. There were then locks on the doors that led to the 2 different units that no one ever sent us the codes to. We had to call multiple times. Someone finally gave us the correct codes verbally but never once sent it in an email or text. I contacted later that day about the codes and they sent us completely different codes that didn’t unlock the doors and then proceeded to ask if I was putting them in wrong. Thankfully one of my guests had written the code in her phone because the staff had no clue what it was and kept giving us codes that didn’t unlock the doors. It didn’t seem like anyone had a clue what they were doing and continually gave us wrong information. The listing also didn’t note that this was 2 units not 1 unit so some of my guests were basically in a completely different house. I wouldn’t recommend booking here or through Vacasa. It was way too much of a hassle.

In a word SPECTACULAR! This was a phenomenal property with exceptional service ahead of time during and after our stay. Close to both Park city and Deer Valley for skiing as well as outlet mall shopping. The owner was incredibly attentive and made sure our experience was top-notch. From incredibly comfortable Tempur-pedic beds and premium bedding to full kitchen, spacious bathrooms with premium (Aveda) amenities and an incredibly well thought out mudroom with cubbies and boot warmers for ski materials and hiking boots. We rented both upstairs and downstairs and took full advantage of the oversize kitchens and Jacuzzis with unbeatable views of the lake and both Deer Valley and Park city ski resorts. I would highly, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium experience for either a group of couples or a family. We absolutely had the time of our lives. First class!!!

Spectacular views. Wonderful beds. Central to all of our activities. Highly recommended. The local Vacasa folks are wonderful too.

My friends & I picked this house for a quick getaway. This house is beautiful & we enjoyed our stay. Great customer service & communication. We definitely will come back to vacation here!

The three story townhouse is gorgeous and the views from every room is incredible. We had to get an extra large SUV for our group and we had no problem parking it in the garage. We always pick Park City to ski and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed at so far. We look forward to booking again in the near future.
