The has a restaurant that does not allow you in for breakfast because I was told Vacasa did not want to pay for it, nor was there anywhere on the property to get food, water or a snack. The hotel store has been closed for some time. TV took two days to operate and the lighting in the room was bright light LED bulbs when warm LED lightbulbs are common place. The rep did not return phone or texts for some time to repair the TV. There was no body wash in the shower - empty. There was no maid/cleaning - as every other unit was receiving. Will think long and hard before I do business w Vacasa…

This studio in Lower Deer Valley was a perfect place for a ski vacation! The staff is friendly and they offered a shuttle service almost anywhere in the area. Check in was super easy and I would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

The mattresses and bedding sheets are excellent. Requested a new humidifier because the one provided was broken and it was delivered the following morning.

Very old and outdated. Carpet was stained, super old, felt yuck to walk on without shoes. It was soooo hot when we arrived around 4pm. Thermostat said 78° upon arrival. It took until the next morning to get to 72°. We could never get it lower than that. Thank goodness we could open the door on the 2nd night to cool down while sleeping. We did notify them bout this issues. By the time someone could get there to fix it it was not worth our time. No ice machine in building. I wouldn't say here again.
