Most of the electrical outlets didn't work. The property is dated and really needs an update.
It was a good value, but all the amenities are out of date and staying in the summer without air conditioning was pretty rough. It just seemed a little old and run down. Dishwasher didn't work either
Don’t come here if you enjoy cooking from home as this place has about 5% (no exaggeration) of what a home should have for cooking supplies. Example: pans, plates, bowls, cups, forks, cooking utensils. Condo was dirty when we first arrived. Door was broken and didn’t really lock. Luckily these things were addressed. Great views of the canyons ridge line.
The condo was clean and the location was good. Close to the cabriolet. The furnishings were not very comfortable and it really could use some updating but for the price, the place was decent.
A 4 night stay with no central living room heat during a week of -5 degree wintry weather. This is truly my first ever negative review and have to say so odd that Vicasa management has decided to ignore my complaint. The local team tried their best by buying a space heater but it was far from sufficient. When speaking to local rep Christine, I was told the Mgt Co would offer some economic relief for what she called a "LOSS OF AMENITY"...don't think heat in the winter is an amenity but ok. Over a month later, after calling weekly and never hearing back, they offered $60.00, which by the way was never paid. The heating pad we had to purchase just to enjoy the living room costs more than that. The unit itself is dated but totally fine for ski trip but the fireplace which is supposed to produce heat was not working. So actually there was two amenities lost. They must have many complaints as the Client Service is structured in such a way that there is NO escalation points. When management distances themselves from their clients, thats a RED FLAG. Stay clear and rent from another provider.
The unit is far closer to the Canyons base than perhaps is evident on the map. I regularly ski Park City and have for 47 years and this is very close to the preferred lot that I normally park in. The unit it self could use some updating, but everything worked and the property manager was very responsive.
