Situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, the Residences at Blackstone are just a short walk from the Cabriolet ski lift as well as shopping and dining options.
Enjoy exclusive access to on-site amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and a state-of-the-art fitness center -- all open year-round. During the winter season, complimentary door-to-door shuttle service to the gondola and other Canyons Village attractions is provided.

This property sleeps five guests between two comfortable primary suites and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
The first suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second suite is fitted with a queen bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
A half bath provides added convenience.

Overall, the stay was good and the unit was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, though not truly ski-in/ski-out as you do need to walk a few minutes to the lift. Three issues stood out: 1. The garage keypad code worked, but it wasn’t explained that building access required entering through the garage, which caused some initial confusion. 2. The listing mentioned a sauna as an amenity, but there was no sauna available. This was disappointing since it influenced our booking decision. 3. Snow removal took place around 3:00 AM on two nights. The prolonged noise from plowing and a gas snow blower made it difficult to sleep. Aside from these items, the property itself was nice and we enjoyed the stay.
We had a wonderful stay at The Blackstone! The location is perfect—central to biking, hiking, the slopes, and great restaurants. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our week in Park City and would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was great not having to worry about bringing extra cookware or utensils. Plus, the entire condo was spotless upon arrival, which really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place for a ski getaway!
My family of 4 stayed there in February 2025. It's a great place, clean, great amenities and easy to get to the Canyons Ski Hill (5 minute walk to the lift OR you can call the free shuttle van to take you right up to the Canyons).
No place for skis. Sporadic internet. Hot tub not working.
Beautiful home ! clean and essentials were plenty and it was in a nice area. The lift is very close but can drive to ski as well and it’s just 2 minutes Enjoyed the hot tub and it was very quiet. Excellent stay!
