We had to book last minute and it ended up being just perfect for our needs!

This condo was exactly what we needed. The only thing was figuring out the remotes to the tv but was accomplished! We had a family Chinese checkers tournament….and I won! The location is wonderful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Will definitely rent again.

The unit is well located…. Within walking distance to the Park City Base lodge or a short bus ride with the bus stop right in front of the condo building ….. Fresh Market and Walgreens are both within easy walking distance. Main Street is a 20 minute walk or a 10-15 minute bus ride from the condo. Their unit is well set up for larger groups …. We had 5 but could have added 3 more. The unit is dated, however, and the kitchen appointments should really be upgraded. Furnishings are fine, but not up to the standards that the pricing would suggest. Also, the listing can be a bit confusing regarding the pool/spa …. There is no hot tub, however, there is a nice pool that is heated to 100 degrees which was very nice after a day on the slopes. (We heard from other renters that they were expecting a hot tub so it doesn’t seem to be a listing issue for just this property) The management team was responsive on a few issues ( the second bath tub didn’t work, the oven stopped working and was not available for the entire 2 week stay) so I would give the management team high marks. Overall the unit is fine…. But definitely not up to the standards that the pricing suggests.

This is a very spacious home with lots of storage, large bedrooms and more than enough common space between the roomy and well-equipped kitchen, the big dining table and the sofas and huge TV with all the channels in the sitting area. The Bathrooms seem to be recently renovated and are very nice and functional. There is plenty of parking in the garage, and about 6 spots outside, which were rarely taken. The First Time and Eagle lifts at Park City Mountain Resort are only about a 5-minute walk away (with boots and skis). The owners did everything to make our stay pleasant. Our stay was marred by atrocious performance by Vacasa. With a better and more responsive management company our rating would have been higher. Little things that could easily have been managed or avoided turned into major headaches because of Vacasa. First of all, the information binder in the condo referred not to Vacasa but to the front desk of the hotel across the street who have nothing to do with the condo and had no idea why we were talking to them (they're also "All Seasons", but entirely different apparently). There was a sheet with a contact number for Vacasa's local team, but they would never answer their phones, so all of our interactions were through text messages with their central office. The keys to the ski locker were missing. It took Vacasa 4 days to get this resolved (you should have two keys now, please don't lose them!). One of the bathroom windows didn't close properly, Vacasa sent someone out to look but they shrugged and didn't do anything to fix the problem. There was otherwise no information about things like garbage disposal, nearby supermarkets and restaurant recommendations, bus schedules etc, that you'd normally find.

This home away from home was perfect for our family of 5. Traveling with young kids isn’t always easy but this place made it so worth it! Spacious bedrooms, pool, and kitchen were a few of our favorites. Beds were comfortable.. lots of pillows and blankets, and location was perfect. Would stay here again!
