Newpark Townhomes 28 is described as a great value, spacious, and even better in person than the photos. Guests found it very comfortable, with cozy living areas, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, and a layout that worked well for families and longer stays. The home was frequently praised as clean, well kept, and nicely maintained. Its location was a standout, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, groceries, trails, and nearby skiing while still feeling tucked away and convenient to Park City. Guests especially loved the beautiful views over the Swaner Preserve, meadow, pond, and open space, along with the quiet setting and walking path. Popular amenities included the garage, fireplace, hot tub, pet-friendly setup, plentiful towels, good appliances, and reliable wifi.
Overview
This Newpark resort townhome has a private hot tub and is ideally located in the heart of the mixed-use Newpark District. As you walk into the front door of the townhome you'll enter the open floor plan connecting the living area to the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, high ceilings with exposed beams, a large flat-screen TV and a comfy sleeper sofa. Just steps past the living area, the dining table seats four and opens up to the kitchen, with space for three more at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas range. There’s also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level. Up the stairs and to the left, you’ll find the main bedroom, complete with a balcony overlooking the wetlands preserve and the walking path in the park. In addition to the main bedroom upstairs, equipped with blackout drapes, you can step outside from the main level to the second spacious deck and you'll enjoy your own private hot tub!
This great mountain townhome is ideally located in the new Newpark Shopping District, a family-oriented area loaded with restaurants, movie theaters, and major retailers like Whole Foods. Try Red Rock Junction, the local brewpub a short walk from the front door, or Blue Sushi, the local favorite sushi restaurant also nearby. The Canyon's resort is only a few minutes' drive away. Downtown Park City and the Park City Resort lifts are a short driving distance, and Deer Valley is just down the road. The Park City area is a mecca for outdoor activities year-round including skiing, hiking, biking and golf. This Newpark resort townhome is the perfect place to stay on your next Park City area vacation.

Our visit was perfect. The condo was as represented. Location was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The bathrooms were large. Everything was very nice. Highly recommend and will look to stay there again in the future.
Although not convenient to Park City proper, the Newpark condos are esthetically pleasing and surrounded on 3 sides by wonderful restaurants and walkable shopping, including groceries. On the fourth(east) side a wide open nature preserve. No escaping traffic noise from I-80 and Utah 224, sadly.
Proximity to restaurants and stores while being next to the Swaner Nature Preserve.
If you rent in the summer just know the air conditioning does not cool the upstairs bedrooms very well. Downstairs works well but not upstairs.
Prime location and beautiful views.
Condo was very nice and spacious. Restaurants, coffee shops and groceries steps away. Very convenient to ski areas and everything you need.
