Park City Mountain peeks in the window of this beautiful 3BR/2.5BA condo in the heart of the Mountain Village. Completely remodeled in October 2019, this home has new paint, all-new flooring, and brand-new appliances throughout. The ski-in/ski-out complex promises a memorable retreat. The free Park City Bus Service means you won’t have to drive once you arrive, and ski rentals are found at Legacy Sports Rentals. LIVING AREA Unwind on the large leather sectional in the living room while you watch a movie on the 75” flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow in ample natural light along with views of the mountain peaks towering just beyond the Mountain Village. KITCHEN & DINING The smartly designed, galley-style kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare meals. Wide granite countertops make cooking and entertaining a breeze, while an exposed brick wall adds warmth to the space. Perch at the breakfast bar for snacks. Gather for meals around the rustic wood dining table for six while basking in the warmth of the gas fireplace with built-in mantle shelves above. BED & BATH This two-story condo sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Each room has brand-new beds and linens, and each bathroom has completely refinished showers. The primary bedroom holds a Tempur-Pedic California king bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. On the second floor, the second bedroom overlooks the living room and offers a Tempur-Pedic queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The guest bathroom has an extra vanity outside the main bathroom, where you’ll find a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located across from the kitchen. OUTDOOR AREA Luxe community amenities include a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. The indoor-outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were completely remodeled in the fall of 2019 -- perfect for a dip or soak, any time of year. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. (Please note: It is an electric dryer that takes longer than normal to dry items.) Designated parking is available for one vehicle in the underground garage. This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available. LOCATION Park City Mountain boasts the best skiing in the area, and this condo has the easiest access imaginable. Ski right over to the PayDay chairlift. Or take your time in Mountain Village; grab a cup at Campos Coffee and dine at Corner Store Pub and Grill. Enjoy beautiful views as you skate around the on-site ice rink. Take the free shuttle over to Main Street, where you'll stroll past art galleries, and stop in at Atticus Coffee, Books & Teahouse. Try a paint-and-sip class at The Paint Mixer.

Perfect location for all activities.

Upon our arrival at the condo we found the cleaning staff still in the unit. They let us know that the prior people had vacated late so they were behind in the cleaning. They also had the parkin gpass in their vehicle so we had to wait on that before we could properly park our car. Upon entry in to the upstairs rooms we found kleenex and trash on the floor and under the beds. When I texted the Vacasa staff to let them know about the late entry and trash and inquire about a reimbursement for the late check in or a late check out as compensation, I was run around in circles for 3 days with the same boxed replies. I was asked for my number and told the local staff would reach out to me - they never did. At the end of our stay I did receive the email notifying me that late check out was available and I was not charged for it, however I did not need the late check out at that point and I never had my call returned. I spent a lot of my valuable vacation time replying to the same questions via text or on hold on the phone only to get the same replies which provided no assistance. It was a very frustrating ordeal without any resolution. I will not work with Vacasa again.

This property's view is spectacular, looks out on the beautiful Park City mountain landscape and just above the ice skating rink in the center of Park City Mountain Village. It sits within everything you can imagine. Close to free bus transportation (no need to rent a car if you stay here), shopping, liquor and convenience store, multiple ski/snowboard rentals and an easy walk to the ski lifts. Underground indoor parking. But, if you lose the parking pass they provide they will charge you $400. Thought that was unusually excessive. I was so concerned I might lose it that I honestly considered not parking in the garage. Instructions on how to operate the TV would be helpful. I liked that it had both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. They should include that in their ad. Gas fireplace works great. It adds a nice ambiance and heat! Beds are very comfortable and can sleep 8 comfortably. This condo has an incredible view, perhaps the best of all the places in the Mountain Village Lodge! It looks right out on the mountain with nothing blocking its view. And to showcase the view are large windows. I would highly recommend this place!

The location was amazing, right in the village and steps away from the lifts. The property was great as well with no real complaints. The only negative was that you could not open the freezer on the refrigerator. Otherwise everything was great.
