Convenient location for in and out of town driving and walking distance to two lifts at Park City with ski and board storage in the room
It was a good time pretty close to town about a 6 minute walk very very cozy.
This condo is in a prime location, allowing us to walk downtown very easily. It suited the 3 of us just fine when we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. I imagine it would be wonderful in the winter with the cozy stove, and, again, central location. For the summer, just know that it really doesn't cool off. We opened every window and the door, along with turning on all fans, the moment it was cool outside, and it stayed pretty warm, especially upstairs...not too fun for sleeping. We also only had ONE pan to cook with. The staff offered to help us on the day we were checking out...soooo, not helpful. It's likely just unfortunate for us, but I'm not impressed at the moment. Try it in the winter!!!
Property served the basic function of being a place to sleep. It is an expensive rental for what you get, the main selling point is the location. If you have ski/snowboard equipment be aware that you must go up several flights of stairs to access unit. The kitchen was virtually unusable due to the lack of cookware. The only closet had no clothes hangers and was filled with junk, there is nowhere to store suitcases and clothes. Space felt very cramped and barebones.
Meets the minimum criteria, warm, dry, with horizontal places to sleep. Don’t plan to cook much of anything here or spend a lot of time hanging out. Good if you just want to ski, go out for meals and drinks and have a place to sleep and wake up and do it all over again. Would probably not book again for our family. On the plus side, location is good. Easy walk to town lift and resort center, and also fairly easy walking to down town.
