Bright and airy with space for the entire family, this mountain view townhome in Chatham Crossing is ideal for those seeking an excellent value for a larger group. With bright open spaces, your family can easily gather for dinner, retreat to the living room for game night, and enjoy movies by the gas fireplace after a gorgeous day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or mountain biking all across Park City. Chatham Crossing is part of a residential neighborhood that sits two miles northeast of the heart of downtown Park City. You'll be four blocks from a stop for the free city-wide shuttle bus (which provides easy access to all three ski areas), and two miles east of the base of Park City Mountain and the many shops, restaurants, and art galleries that line Historic Main Street. The house is also just two miles east of the Park City Golf Course, three miles north of the slopes of Deer Valley Resort, and five miles southeast of Canyons Village at Park City. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is heated by a furnace.

Clean, located as described. Close to parks, trails. Enjoyed our time at this townhouse.
Open space in the back of the property. Newly refurbished townhome with a fully furnished kitchen. Due to construction on the exterior of the property we were forced to move, but we enjoyed our stay while it lasted!
Neighbors dog barking late into the night and spiders in the home but nice home and neighborhood
Great location and quiet neighborhood. House has lots of steep steps to be aware of if you have issues with that good to research. But that was the only drawback but not for us. Easy entry and exit, comfortable and great neighborhood. Thank you!
This was overall a poor experience and I would not suggest staying here. The place itself needs repairs (dishwasher was broken when we arrived, upstairs sink barely drained), some actual attention to what guests need when on a trip (no duvet cover on duvet, dirty and broken pans, no wine glasses available), and fair representation of the amenities (they say that you can park two cars in the garage but this is not possible because they have bikes stored on the wall). The worst part of the experience was the utter lack of communication by Vacasa and VRBO. They showed zero urgency when I contacted them about the broken dishwasher and I had to call and follow up numerous times over two days to get them to fix. I will not be looking to book with any Vacasa property again.
