Immaculate townhome with a private rooftop hot tub, walk to dining and nightlife

Great location/convenient to shops and restaurants. Garage was great to have. Hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable.

I would like once again to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work of Vacasa. You are truly the best rental company I have ever used. I am a very loyal customer and always try to book all my homes through Vacasa whenever possible. I have absolutely no complaints about the property management — everything is always handled perfectly and professionally. The townhouse itself was flawless — it truly felt like a dream. It is located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood with stunning mountain views. On the upper floor there is a wonderful hot tub, and on the small balcony next to the dining table (which seats six people) there is an outdoor grill. The entire home is simply fantastic. I have never seen such a huge amount of clean, white, fresh towels before. Thank you so much for taking such great care of your guests. The shampoos, conditioners, and hand soap were also very good quality. You are doing a wonderful job. The only downside — which did not affect our vacation but is something you should know about — is the washing machine. Unfortunately, it has a very strong smell of dampness and mold, and this odor transfers to all clothes after washing. It most likely needs to be replaced, as it does not seem repairable. Additionally, the dishwasher does not function properly and does not clean the dishes at all. Because of this, we had to wash all dishes by hand during our entire three-day stay. I would also like to mention the cleaning staff. When you first arrive, everything appears perfectly clean. However, when you start taking dishes out of the cabinets, they are actually very dirty, and all the glasses are completely cloudy. This seems to be caused by the dishwasher not working properly. It would also be great if the garage could receive a deeper cleaning, as it is quite dirty. Other than these small issues, everything was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay. House was great and the hot tub came in handy after the day of skiing. Everything was clean and appeared nice. Vacasa was so helpful when we called with a question.

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The location was surrounded by restaurants and shops, a recreation center and a wildlife preserve with a really nice walking trail. The hot tub and roof deck were a great bonus!

Great spot, 15 mins from downtown Park City. Loved the private hot tub.

Loved the hot tub, worked perfectly and it was clean. Property was clean and comfortable. I liked the beds a little firm. The 3 full bathrooms were so nice to have. 4 levels so if you can't do stairs go somewhere else. No pets was fantastic. Overall I would stay there again.
