THINGS TO KNOW: This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. No pets are allowed in Big Cottonwood Canyon. From Nov 1- Apr 15 be aware that the UT Department of Transportation &Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and is intermittent. ONE parking spot is available in the garage & maximum clearance is 89'/ 7'5'. No on-street parking is allowed. Additional vehicles can park in the nearby paid lot. There is NOT a designated area to hold luggage before check-in or check-out, please plan ahead.
