The large deck with private hot tub is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes or exploring the trails.
WHAT’S NEARBY
Enjoy all that Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons offer in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Forest. In summer, enjoy the new mountain coaster at Snowbird Summer Resort, as well as endless hiking trails and world-class mountain biking. The bus stop that will take you to either resort, is located just outside the condo complex entrance, so you can leave the car in the garage. This rental is also just five minutes from the freeway, so you can be in Park City and Deer Valley in about 30 minutes. If you decide to go into downtown Salt Lake City to check out the shopping and other cultural attractions, you're only about 19 miles from the heart of the city.

The pictures represent the space very well. The townhouse was spacious and comfy for six senior friends. The hot tub is lovely. There are oodles and oodles of nice towels. Trust the instructions about check in. The instructions came at the advertised time and they worked easily.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this incredible rental property, and I can’t recommend it enough. The views are absolutely breathtaking—whether it’s waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains or enjoying the sunset at the park, you’ll never get tired of the scenery. The neighborhood is warm and welcoming. It’s also a very safe and secure area, which is a huge plus for anyone looking for peace of mind. This property has everything you could need. The amenities are top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. From modern appliances to spacious rooms, full kitchen, and hot tub— nothing is missing. It is extremely clean from bathrooms, to bed sheets, to dinning area— everything was immaculate. Plus, it’s perfect for families with children—safe, fun, and full of things to do nearby. Location-wise, it’s just unbeatable. Convenient to grocery store, parks, and mountains— yet still offers a quiet and peaceful setting. Whether you’re here for a short stay or longer-term, this place is definitely worth considering!

Lots of room. Very comfortable. Fully equipped for large family. It really has everything you need and there is a Walmart close in case sometjing is missing. Best part was finding Aveda Rosemart Mint Shampoo amd conditioner in the bathrooms. We will definitely visit here again.
