It's not the most top notch you'll find in terms of the quality of finishings, furniture, decor, etc. It's pretty much a rental mule. It's clearly the bare minimum viable everything to sustain a decent rental, it's not luxury, but it's an insanely good location if you're using it for a group ski trip to ski the cottonwoods. Take doesn't get much better at this price. The hot tub is in a great spot right off the back door, but it was dead on our arrival, the breaker kept blowing, and as a result we couldn't use it for 2 of our 5 night stay. However vacasa was gracious in providing some reimbursement to make up for that.

This was a great place for our family. Easy access to freeways, restaurants, grocery stores. The park next to the subdivision was a great place for our grandchildren to play.

A short drive to solitude/brighton, snowbird/Alta, and a nearby area with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and liquor. The house was cozy as described and the garage parking was extremely convenient. Hot tub was perfect for after the slopes. And the two ensuites were a bonus! Will be back!
