-This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
-Grills are available only during summer season.
-From Nov 1- Apr 15 be aware that the UT Department of Transportation &Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and is intermittent. ONE parking -spot is available per condominium in underground garage & Maximum clearance is 7'6'. Additional vehicle can park in the nearby paid lot.
-Check-in & check-out services are located at the front entrance of the building. GUESTS MUST STOP AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING TO PICK UP/RETURN KEYS & PARKING PERMIT, Please plan accordingly.
-There is NOT a designated area to hold luggage prior to check in or check out, please plan ahead.

A very nice Gentleman at the front Desk noticed me struggling to free our Van of Ice and Snow and loaned me a Large Scraper Broom! What ALife Saver.. We had an amazing stay. Thank you so much.
Walkable to everything, lifts, rentals, shop, restaurants. Nice pool and hot tubs. Easy and comfortable.
We loved the convenience and all the amenities that the building has to offer. Solitude is a small resort so do not expect proximity to groceries and entertainment. We stocked up on groceries and the building offered lots to do for the family. The unit was nicely stocked with all the kitchen supplies and games to play. The walking distance to lifts was really valuable as well. Overall we are very happy with everything.
We loved the space in the condo and how fully stocked it was. Great appliances and kitchen tools. We were able to cook there each night. The home is just upstairs from the hot tub, a big plus, and an easy walk to the slopes. Ski locker and underground parking made this extra great.
This condo is such a complete package! It's clean, stocked, and the location can't be beat. This was the second time I stayed in this specific condo and I would definitely book it again.
Really loved this condo at Solitude. The condo felt new, modern, yet fit the ski lodge/covered-in-snow/mountainy vibe. It felt spacious, and all the finishings felt high end. Lots of nice touches - extra soft blankets next to the fireplace, soft close cabinets, walk in shower +tub, ski rack to hold your skis, entry way with storage for ski boots/gear. Easy/walkable access to the chair lift. It was simply lovely.
