-This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. -Grills are available only during summer season. -From Nov 1- Apr 15 be aware that the UT Department of Transportation &Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and is intermittent. ONE parking -spot is available per condominium in underground garage & Maximum clearance is 7'6'. Additional vehicle can park in the nearby paid lot. -Check-in & check-out services are located at the front entrance of the building. GUESTS MUST STOP AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING TO PICK UP/RETURN KEYS & PARKING PERMIT, Please plan accordingly. -There is NOT a designated area to hold luggage prior to check in or check out, please plan ahead. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
