Both offer exciting skiing and snowboarding in the wintertime, as well as hiking in the summertime. Anyone caught smoking and/or throwing their butts on the ground by any entry will be sent a violation letter and fined to the max extent. NO smoking within 25 feet of any entrance or window and DO NOT throw the butts on the ground as they are a fire hazard. There will be ZERO tolerance once caught. Guests may face a possible eviction if they do not follow the HOA rules. -Make sure ALL trash goes INTO the dumpster (NOT on the ground) -No animals allowed, except permitted by law. Emotional Support or Service animals must be pre-approved by the Association with appropriate paperwork provided prior to the reservation.
