Lone Brook Retreat

Love the location and it is a large space which is great for a family or big group. It's a bit worn, furniture/cushions but the space was well cleaned.

I had an excellent time staying at the Lone Brook Retreat in Cottonwood Heights. The location was absolutely perfect, serving as an ideal home base for getting to the mountains. The amenities throughout the property were great, but the absolute highlight was the sauna—it was exactly what I needed to recover after a long day of snowboarding. The only minor piece of constructive feedback is regarding the entertainment setup. The TV was quite slow and struggled to work properly with the internet. Additionally, having a second TV in the house would definitely be a welcome upgrade for winding down in the evenings. Despite that small hiccup, this home offered incredible value for the rental price. The Vacasa management team was fantastic to work with and made the entire process completely seamless. Highly recommend!

The house has everything you need for a ski vacation, Plenty of space, proximity to the canyons and great food. Would certainly stay here again.

We were no there to ski, but if we had been, the location was great. We were in SLC for a family visit and the place was great for that. 3 BR plus a pull out in the basement provided plenty of room for us. We did a lot of cooking and the grocery store was less that a mile away and the kitchen had all the spices and cookware that we needed. The unit was clean and quiet and comfortable. The garage is a bit short. Do not bring a full size car if you want to park in the garage. Mid size would be ok. We would and may well stay there again.
