Cute home. Tight parking. Nice hot tub, home is larger than it looks online.
Clean, well decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were a little hard for our liking.
The home itself was okay, the price in my opinion is too high. The seating and TV arrangement in the main living room do not suffice for large group. Thankfully it was just two of us staying. We could not get the steam to work in basement bathroom. Beds were comfy and home would be ideal for large group. The upstairs does not cool down like the two bottom floors.
I give Vacasa zero stars. Even attempted BBB with zero results. Vacasa does not clean there homes. There were multiple items I cleaned myself in the home. Side of oven and under, all kitchen drawers, kitchen ceiling above stove (yellow), two bathroom vents, pee on wall on side of toilet, etc..... This home was not nearly as bad as the first townhouse in same area managed by Vacasa that we refused to stay in. I finally excepted this home after seeing two others. While previewing other homes, Vacasa had me enter an occupied home. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Vacasa offered three nights refund and expected us to still pay for 13 nights and leave. Not okay with there offer. We decided to finish our stay because there are not many people who could afford to rebook something else.
This home in general does have multiple staircases that are not carpeted. It was not ideal for a recovering hospital patient.
We will never book with Vacasa going forward. We will always spread word of mouth to boycott this company. As a homeowner I am posting BEWARE!
