Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. The 3rd-floor loft is enclosed to the lower floors and is accessible via the 2nd-floor stairs.

Near pool and beach
We have stayed at two on the this property and this is soooo great! Close to parking and the beach! Had some grass to play catch in too. We would choose to stay here again.
Location of our rental home was great. Right next to the dock and beach.
Cannot beat the location, right on the beach, next to firepits, swimming pool, lakeside beach. Home is roomy and housed our family of 6 with plenty of room. The fans in the rooms definitely help with some of the heat in the afternoons. Leaving the windows open helps as well. TV's need to be attended to; none seemed to work except for one bedroom.
