This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). It was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The management company was responsive and easy to deal with. The location of the property is ideal! The walk to the beach from the front door is less than 5 minutes. Heavenly Village is a short drive as are the casinos. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved this place! The property is a bit older so just be aware, but I think it was perfect for a mountain town stay. The only thing that was difficult was that there is only one shower and the bathroom in general is small so was hard for my husband (he was a powerlifter so he is like the hulk lol) and myself trying to get ready, however we were just fine and enjoyed our trip so much! The home was clean, check in and check out was so simple, it’s literally right next to an entire shopping area plus a private beach with beach chairs if you come at the right time and snag one. Def would recommend!!!!! They had mini fridges in there, microwave, dishwasher, baby freezer and and a traditional coffee pot so if you bring coffee and creamer and sugar you are good for coffee. There is a CVS right next door but closes early and be sure to stop by the Heidi’s pancake house next door, everything was fabulous! Whole Foods right across the street and the kids loved sleeping in the loft upstairs, our kids are 17 and 10 so not safety issues or concerns, might be different for littles. Overall it made a wonderful experience for my family and myself on our first trip to Tahoe! Thanks so much!!!!!

This is a great unit in a great location. Very convenient that it is located in town near to just about anything you might need. The community amenities were nice and it has a small private beach, which is a huge plus. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay around Lake Tahoe! Just a couple of things I’d add to make a stay here even nicer - In the summer turn on the air conditioner prior to a guest arrival. It was extremely hot when we arrived. Our boys had to sleep on the couch because we couldn’t cool it down enough for them to be comfortable in the loft the first night we were there. A few fans throughout the unit would be very helpful (and a ceiling fan in the bedroom) to get the air circulating, as the air conditioner is quite small. We did end up stepping on several carpet tacks where the carpet meets the kitchen tile - ouch! Also, the unit could use more dishes. We had to take turns eating breakfast since there were only two small bowls. Some storage containers would be great as well. To future renters - make sure to add seasonings, coffee filters, etc. to your grocery list, as there is none of that left there from previous renters. Overall we had a very nice stay, though, and would absolutely stay here again!

The unit is great for small family or small group with friends. Great location, love that it has it's own access to the lake.
