Loved the loft. Only suggestion. T.V. in loft didn't work, not sure if it was me... also could use a little touch up paint, and there was a nail in the wall with no picture hanging on it... missing? I dunno. Bed was comfy. Gas fire place was a nice touch. Stayed warm. Customer service was great, Vacasa was great. We ate breakfast at Heidi's next door very nice swiss chalet style and fast service too. Highly recommend. Nice gift shop also. Safeway down the street was open 24 hours. ALL GOOD :)
My son and, I had a great stay at Lakeland Village. The condo was clean and and in an excellent location- super close to the lake and convenient to everything else in town. The amenities at Lakeland Village were also really nice, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A couple of small things to note: the condo didn't have a can opener, which wasn't a huge deal but would be helpful to have for future guests. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the unit is near a somewhat noisy road, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend this condo to others looking for a convenient and clean spot near the lake.
The unit was perfect for the two of us. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean. We would rent it again.
Perfect condo for two adults for the week. We loved the amenities and the access to everything in South Lake Tahoe. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved the property itself but this particular unit needs some love and attention. I’m not sure what happened to the walls but a simple coat of paint could hide all the patching that was done all over the place. The fridge looked like it’s seen better days, from stains and dents. The front door has metal handing off the bottom that caught our foot and luckily we didn’t get cut. The floor in the living room is sunken in and is causing the flooring to separate. The chairs are tearing and stuffing coming out. I reached out prior to booking this unit and specifically asked if it was on the street, was told no it wasn’t. Well it faces Tahoe Blvd, the noise wasn’t horrible at night but the mornings were pretty bad but the fact that we called and asked and were lied to is the issue. Now for the bed… a spring mattress that is so sunken in, I literally need a chiropractor and a massage after sleeping on it for 3 nights. It’s horrible. The complex itself is amazing, private beach and access to walking to so many restaurants is very ideal but Vacasa stop cheaping out and update your units. Shouldn’t leave a vacation so sore from the bed.
