Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The home had everything you need to enjoy a nice vacation. Fully stocked kitchen in a great location. The local staff was very helpful and kind- they made everything so easy. The private beach had some of the most beautiful views and the pools and hot tubs were a great bonus. Will be back for sure!

The Condo was in a perfect location for tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and the lake. The bike trail is beautiful and takes you miles along South Lake Tahoe! Would definately come back!!

This is a great location and nicely renovated space that we enjoyed! Staff was quick and responsive even when you could tell she had probably had a long day. Loved: Location, easy access to shared amenities - loved the hot tub, private parking garage, were able to check-in 30 mins early, space was clean and nicely renovated. Vacasa text services makes everything very convenient (communicating with front desk staff, check-out, etc) Areas of improvement: Downstairs TV was very confusing to use, even with printed directions we struggled every time we tried to use it. Door code didn't work for us upon arrival. The additional murphy bed is awkwardly placed right in front of the stairs to get upstairs. Not a big deal, but not ideal. Overall, very happy with our stay. We walked to dinner and home from the casinos at the end of the night (20-30 minute walk). Close enough to Heavenly for a quick Uber or to get dropped off easily. Would stay at Lakeland Village again.
