Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This place was good for a quick weekend stay. We actually enjoyed the place and it was nice and cozy. Would come back for another stay.
Love everything
We have stayed in a variety of properties at Lakeland Village Resort. We have enjoyed our stay in each of the individual homes. The resort is kept clean and the amenities are awesome. The front desk staff is wonderful!
This unit is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Everything you need including a private beach. Great location, we will be back.
We love this location due to its proximity to Heavenly and also having access to the lake. It is conveniently located near Whole Foods and other restaurants. It slept our family of four comfortably. The unit faces the main road so there is a bit of noise from the traffic, but it didn't bother me much.
The noise level at this condo was intense. They never told us that on Monday morning at 7 am a crew would be digging up the parking lot. Dust and rocks flying, Jack hammers. Sorry, but I would never stay here again.
