Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options. Overlooking the lush property grounds, this one-bedroom with loft corner lodge unit on the third floor features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a modern open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the furnished balcony for fresh mountain air anytime. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This unit was perfect for our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. Beach access is just a short walk away, and having the jacuzzi and pool in the same building was a huge plus. The location couldn’t be better—close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Stateline. We’ll definitely be back!
Location of this property is very good. Within walking distance to many restaurants and casinos. Loved that it had two pools and two jacuzzies. Private beach acces was great too. Comfortable for 4 adults.
