COMPLEX AMENITIES Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.

Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This home had everything we needed for our stay: comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, ample space to hang out, a fireplace, a beautiful kitchen and 2 full baths. We felt right at home while staying here and enjoyed all of the little details too. Beautiful art hanging, comfy couches, a variety of pans/plates/cups/serving dishes, hair dryers, and even a few board games! Having kids I also appreciated that there are a few lighted outlets and night lights to make nighttime easier. They really thought of everything! This house is well maintained and the perfect location for a memorable stay. We loved how close it was to the lake and other amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pits). My family enjoyed having all of these fun options within a minute’s walk. We also enjoyed the short drive (or walk) to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. We would totally stay here again and will recommend this home to friends! It is the perfect mix of cozy, convenient and unique! Can’t wait to go back!

This is a nice, quiet condo complex. The condo itself was clean and well decorated. It’s listed as sleeping 8, and there are technically beds for 8, but only if four pairs are sharing beds. There also isn’t enough seating in the living or dining areas for eight people at once. That said, you can make it work—it’s just a bit snug. For a weekend trip, it’s still worth it despite the smaller space.
