Come for the lake and stay for the pools, hot tubs, sauna & fireplace is described as a wonderful, spacious, and comfortable retreat that worked especially well for families and groups. Guests appreciated the cozy living areas, large rooms, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, ample seating, balcony, and thoughtful layout with plenty of sleeping space. The home was repeatedly praised for being very clean, beautiful, and just as described. Its location stood out for being close to the lake, near shopping and dining, and convenient for enjoying South Lake Tahoe. Guests also loved the easy beach access, lovely lake views, and scenic setting among pine trees. Repeated highlights included the private beach, pools, hot tubs, fire pits, barbecue areas, and responsive support that helped make stays feel easy and enjoyable.

Step out on the shaded balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

We loved the location, enjoyed the hot tub, and met some very friendly people. The only downside was that the fireplace didn’t work. When we called, we were told it hasn’t worked in over a year. Since it’s shown in the photos, we assumed it was available. Said it was not under amenities. We had a great vacation!

We come to Lakeland Village every summer and this condo was wonderful. Lakeland itself is one of the best places to stay in Tahoe with its private beach, pool, hot tub, barbeques, fire pits, and snack bar (and more!). This condo was spacious with two large bedrooms on the bottom floor (where it stays nice and cool in the summer), one and a half baths one the bottom floor, then spacious living area and kitchen (fully stocked!) on the second floor with two dining room tables, a balcony, and comfortable living room with a large TV, and then a third floor loft with a bunk bed and another queen bed. Six beds in total so plenty of sleeping space. I was there with my mom and sister and our kids. It was absolutely perfect and Vacasa was so helpful when I couldn't get the TV working properly. We hope this condo is available for us again next year, we would love to stay again!

So close to the lake and the place was large enough for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Beach access is so easy. Condos are surrounded by pine trees with redone paver walkways. There are grass areas to toss a frisbee, play catch or tag. Walking the pier at sunset is a treat. The fire pits and BBQ areas are nice upgrades as well as the expansion of the hot tub area. Need monitoring of amenities to keep non guests from accessing the property.
