clean and cozy! Great place for a group near Stateline. Close to skiing and lots of restaurants. Loved the amenities and staying by the lake.
Stayed two nights. Great location, very clean, quiet, helpful staff at front desk.
Very nice furnishings, lots of storage space, mirrors and widows well thought out. Can't reach the upper loft windows to open, so a bit warm up there in summer. Unit needs maintenance, check the dishwasher filter before use, but nothing that detracted from an enjoyable stay. Staff eventually came to bat against another unit's owner when my family was invaded by mice in another unit. This unit had no issues with critters.
Our family of three adults enjoyed a 6 night stay. The location is on the main street that goes through South Lake Tahoe. The property is very quiet with extremely limited parking. If we had utilized the unit to its capacity, we would have needed more than two parking passes. The units facing the beach have wonderful patios. Our patio was on the 2nd level and was just large enough for two chairs. The property is filled with grassy areas and trees. This unit was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. We did not realize beach towels were provided until, we found them stacked above the washer/dryer. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with the second floor containing the kitchen and living area. The loft area is found on the third floor. The first and second floors each have a full bath. Do not worry about the lack of air conditioning. It was quite comfortable without opening any windows at all. In fact, we found it to be even a tad bit cool-- a refreshing delight in the summer heat. The onsite manager called to let us know of a minor issue with the fireplace controls. They were also very responsive when a sudden hailstorm resulted in a roof leak in the living room.
We had a great stay for 2 nights. It is a cozy home with high ceiling and nice decor. The unit itself is clean, beds are comfortable, full kitchen appliances, in unit washer/dryer are provided. The location is great! It is walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants, 24 hours grocery store, pharmacy etc Highly recommended especially for unit 415. Thank you
