Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Close to the lake, new appliance, clean

Unit is updated and clean. Good location close to the beach. There is no washer/dryer, no additional blankets and no fans in the unit. There is also no longer a free shuttle that was always provided by Heavenly.

Updated kitchen, gorgeous fireplace, large dining table, comfy furniture, steps from pool and beach, great location! Only complaint: someone from resort used bear spray at unit next to us. We had sliding door screen open and ALL of us couldn’t stop coughing/sneezing for a significant time. Ages 71 to 2 yrs, should’ve given us warning. Neighbor next door had same coughing reaction and alerted us that it was due to bear spray. Other than that we would definitely like to return to this unit. Thanks for a great stay:)

fire pit area was the best thing about this property. There are bears on and coyotes on site during the nighttime hours and early morning. Property is very old and undergoing major construction to walkways and parking although unit has been somewhat updated.

Definitely recommend this home, it’s well furnished and equipped with utensils, has WiFi, it’s a couple of steps from the lake for when you just need a break, it has a pool and cajuzzi (jacuzzi), I do wish they didn’t close the pool/jacuzzi area at all though or at least till 12 or 1 am, very easy to book no need to interact with people only for when you pick and drop off the parking permit, oh and there’s also an Apple tree with delicious apples. OH and it’s also cheaper than Airbnb!! Like $200-300 cheaper, hopefully their prices don’t go up once it gets more popular it’s Annoying to have to pay more because people are money greedy 😷
