Step out on the furnished balcony amongst the trees for fresh mountain air anytime. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

It was so close to Tahoe. A one minute walk

We really enjoyed the location of this condo! Being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and be comfortable. That said, for the price of the rental, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. There were quite a few items that were broken or needed attention, including the dishwasher, coffee pot, a clogged sink, broken shower handle, broken blinds, and a large gap in the upstairs bathroom door that you could see straight through. The unit could definitely benefit from some maintenance and updates, especially considering the nightly rate. On a very positive note, the staff was excellent. Each time we called with an issue, they were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Overall, we loved the location and space, but would expect the condo to be better maintained for the price.

It was great for us. Everything mentioned that would be provided was there. If there's anything, I would say the keylock and the front 3rd step. For us older folks the 3rd step was off on size a little. The keypad was a bit hard, those lovely 10 seconds was not enough for us. However everything else was fine. Customer service via phone was excellent as well. We had a great time in this quiet cozy condo. We will be coming again. I recommend this place 100 percent. The pools and hot tubs was a great addition too.

We came with our two kids and had a blast! The home had everything you needed. We came during a storm and were able to stay in because the home was clean, comfy, and warm!

A washer and dryer would have been nice. We came with a large group and all the other condos had one. Needs some updates. Gas fireplace would be nice. We had fun but I would not rent this unit again.
