Lovely place with good location near slopes. Communication was easy to get things sorted prior to checking in
We loved the view and how close everything was, the place had everything we needed.
We stayed for three nights over Thanksgiving and paid a little over $2,200. The home was very clean, and the view from the jacuzzi was incredible. The space was large with plenty of storage, and the kitchen had a wide range of equipment. However, we couldn’t find a wine opener anywhere and ended up buying one the next day. It was surprising because the kitchen was otherwise very well stocked, even with many baking tools and an air fryer. It might be that a previous guest accidentally took it home. We also noticed a toy under the sofa and some dog hair in several places. We used the jacuzzi every morning and evening. Even though the temperature setting was the same, the water was quite lukewarm in the mornings, and it was too cold to get out comfortably. In the evenings, though, it was warm and comfortable. On the third night, it was cold, so we took an extra blanket from the shelf and placed it on top of the bedding. After using it, my entire body became itchy, and my child, who slept next to me, developed many small bumps on the face. Unfortunately, the rash on my child’s face has not healed yet. I suspect the blanket had not been washed and possibly had dust mites. It has been a day since we returned home, and my back and legs are still itchy. Even though the blanket did not directly touch our skin, it still caused itching. I think the blankets should be washed for future guests. Finding a toy under the sofa also made me feel the cleaning might not have been thorough. Aside from that, everything else was great. But considering the price we paid, some parts of the experience didn’t feel worth the cost. The staff’s communication was excellent, and their response was quick. Thank you.
We loved our stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. Great location and an easy, responsive host. Would definitely stay again!
