Terrific Mountain Escape with Wood-Burning Fireplace, Easy Ski Access

You can walk to the ski park, the house is quiet and private. The loft is open to the kitchen, which limits privacy for those sleeping in those five beds, but there is also a spaciousness and the scenery is beautiful. Truly a woodsy cabin feeling. The house easily accommodates an extended family group up to ten.

Comfy, conveniently located cabin with great sunshine in the living room. No house across the street so feels really private. Lots of games and the TV works well with Wi-Fi. Kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Wood burning stove works really well and gets warm fast. The downstairs bedroom is cave like in the winter, but we slept upstairs. Great water pressure in the shower!

We loved the cabin. It was 4 of us and there was plenty of bedrooms with beds for another 4 if needed. Beds on the bedrooms downstairs and midlevel were comfortable with extra blankets, sheets, pillows to choose from. Living room is spacious with comfy couches, big tall windows bringing a lot of light, we loved the wood everywhere, open kitchen with big dining table, big fridge and freezer, stove, dishwasher....and all equipment you need to cook any meals. Everything was clean, easy to find. We felt like the whole cabin was perfectly prepared for guests and their needs. We spend mostly evenings and nights there because we were there to ski. Sugar Bowl ski resort is 12min by car. The area around cabin was very quiet. The heating was very efficient and cabin heat up fast, the whole house was warm in no time after our arrival and easy to use controls. Everything what we needed to know ( keyless entry, directions, how to use things....) was communicated to us ahead of time in detailed matter, much better then any other place we stayed in. The whole cabin was cleaned well prior our arrival. There were 2 things we didnt like: 1/ in the photos there is a pool table and big part of the reason we picked this cabin over the others ( and paid more) was a pool table ( we love playing pool) but it wasn't there at all. 2/ we also picked for "no pets" but all the way upstairs loft/bedroom definitely had some sort of pets in it at some point. We slept all the way upstairs (3 beds there) the first night and my son was complaining at the night, sneezing, rubbing his eyes....We moved to middle level bedroom for the rest of the stay and his problems went away. Just that room had an issue. The rest of the house was vety clean and everything looked cleaned/washed. I assume some of the blankets upstairs were not and someone had a pet laying on them. The rest of the house was fine, just all the way upstairs so it wasn't a problem. We rent cabins often all over, mostly West usa and honestly most had way more issues with pet hair then this one. My son is apparently very sensitive to pets. Overall we really liked the cabin, its location, cleanliness, decor, everything and we would highly recommend it for family or two. The communication from Vacasa was great, way better then Airbnb or Vrbo. We'll be back.

The house had definitely had pets in it, it is very dark except in the loft. The pool table and ping pong were missing pieces and were in disrepair. Lots of beds in the loft and one more bedroom on each floor. Tv was on the bottom floor. Fairly clean.

Location was great! Easy access to snow activities. Extremely well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable cabin. Lots of game choices. It was nice to have the TV downstairs and to be able to separate from the kids while they watched TV but IMO a TV on the main level would be a great addition. All in all, great trip! Great time! Would definitely book this property again.
