We enjoyed our stay and the home met all of our needs. The location and view are beautiful! We want to come back in the summer.
I am concerned about several compliance issues regarding this property. The wall-mounted permit expired at the end of 2025, and the listing's claims do not match the legal authorizations. Specifically, the listing overstates occupancy (8 vs. the permitted 6) and parking availability (2 spaces vs. the permitted 1). I have already flagged these violations with the city.
It was very easy to find. The parking a bit tricky but the hosts were very responsive. We had a nice time. Thank you.
Very friendly and helpful customer service. Our truck broke down in front of the home and staff was helpful and very understanding as we navigated getting a tow in a snow storm. Would stay again.
We had a very negative experience, the place was run down, and we had to leave earlier due to their negligence.
Not sure if you want this listed on the review or not but I had some things that weren't fun. I asked for discount on our next stay but apparently no one cares enough about the inadequacies to actually listen to feedback and says there is enough information on the site. The living room couch sinks and the end couch pieces slides off easily making it most uncomfortable. If you put a wrap on it then it probably would stop the cushions from moving at least. The rug in living room is slightly gross since it's long haired and difficult to clean. The light plugs and lighting was terrible in all rooms. I unplugged to plug in others and also because I was worried about an electrical fire. The upstairs bed is horribly uncomfortable. There weren't any deck chairs which is sad. I would have brought my own if I'd known there weren't any. The two seats by the window were awesome. Since the couch was difficult to sit in for long periods of time. The direction on where to put garbage is wrong- apparently there is a bear box on the road above the house that is available for trash. Your house instructions and website gives wrong info on this. Toaster handle is broken. The kitchen is outfitted with knifes that were broken or unusable. There was only one frying pan. I would say that it would be good to have better kitchen tools or say they should bring their own. The shower is made for a very small tiny short person. Overall- for the price per night was much too high for the experience. I would never ever rent there again. I was really unhappy with the stay.
