House was beautiful, the views are amazing and worth the price. Everyone had plenty of room. All the games kept the kids occupied. Very close to downtown which was nice. Had some issues with check out but overall the house was amazing.
Loves the views. Beautiful house. Only recommendation would be to rent an SUV. There is a giant hill with sharp turn that you take to get into the property. My rental car bottomed out each time entering and exiting.
This home is a clean beautiful well appointed home with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately, the home is located up a steep hill on a narrow dead street (with a drop on the right side) without space to turn your car around. There is a garage for four cars, two side by side and the other two in back of the first two. The garage did have a electric car turntable, but it was turned off for renters for safety reasons. Every time one of the first two cars in the garage wanted to leave the others cars had to back down the hill. I decided just not to drive it freaked me out so much. I took an Uber everywhere. The Uber driver wouldn't even drive up the hill to drop me off.
This home had some of the best views I have ever experienced! It was a gorgeous home. And every single room had incredible views of the lake! We were awestruck the entire trip. Some of the furniture was outdated. One of the beds was broken but Vacasa made every effort to remedy the situation during our stay. The couch was fairly uncomfortable too, and my parents and sister also mentioned that their beds were somewhat uncomfortable but not broken like the one I slept on. Overall, you are booking this place for the views, which are absolutely worth it! We really enjoyed our stay and I had good communication with Vacasa overall. I had some difficulty when asking questions in advance; the responses seemed like they were AI-generated. But once I was there Vacasa was very communicative and made our trip a breeze!
The house accommodated comfortably 3 families. The house is fully equipped and functional. The house is close to shops, supermarkets, and most importantly close to skiing. The house is situated with the beautiful of Lake Tahoe. We definitely want to return!!!
House was very roomy, and comfortable for all 12 of us. The view was worth the high price. The bunk beds in the picture are now just a single bed, so we were 1 bed short when we arrived. The Vacasa company I think is trying to handle way more properties than they are staffed for. They made such a huge deal about the parking, when this house has a 4 car garage, so parking on the street was a moot point. Both propane tanks for the Grill were empty. I asked Vacasa for a new tank and they said they would bring it right up. Somebody texted saying they were on their way, then never showed up. The same thing happened the next day, and we finally got a tank too late to cook dinner on the 2nd night. If you go during the summer beware there is NO a/c. The house would get up to 84 degrees during the day. The master bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom, so you have to get dressed and go through a hallway to get to it, and the door would not lock. The pullout sofa was so uncomfortable we could not sleep on it.
