Forest-view home with 3 decks, fast WiFi, pool & hot tub access

We’ve been to this place 4 times now. While our family is small and don’t use all the space we can imagine it would be great for large groups! The suite upstairs has a big, comfy bed and access to a large deck and outdoor space! The kitchen is small but well equipped. There’s a large table great for puzzles and games and a smaller table we use for meals. So many outdoor seating areas. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and it’s close to so many hiking and recreational areas! We love downtown Truckee as well.

Visited in September and fully utilized decks enjoying playtime and meals outside. Well stocked home surrounded by beauty - a lovely respite for all three of our generations.

This house is spacious and perfect for 2 families or multi generations with 2 primary bedrooms. Although it is listed as a 3 bedroom house, it actually has 4 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 with twin beds and the 4th is a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of dishes of various sizes including what look like brand new bowls. The house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of Trout Creek Rec Center and the nature loop.

We recently stayed at this home and were impressed with how well it worked for our family. The house is clearly well-maintained and we loved the open feel of the main floor's gathering space. The long dining table was super cool and a nice touch for a bigger group. The home has a cool rustic cabin vibe. It's perfect for a winter rental. We loved that it came with garage access and parking since it snowed a lot during our visit. There was also a lot of space to change in and out of snow gear and we appreciated the washer and dryer. We would definitely return and recommend for other families!

This home is wonderful, we had a great time and loved everything about the house. Because of the way the rooms are situated with a master suite upstairs where the kitchen and living room are also located it’s just as comfortable for a couple to stay here as it is for 8 people, as it doesn’t feel too big and open which we appreciated. We arrived during a snowstorm and arrived to a nice warm cozy home with the fireplace going! The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, lots of utensils and pots & pans. The body wash & hair products are great, sulphate and paraben free and there are at least 2 hair dryers. The location is perfect; close to Snowplay areas, the clubhouse, Truckee and Donner Lake. The decks are wonderful, we even made a snowman right on the living room deck! ⛄️ ❄️ We had such a wonderful stay, I honestly can’t think of anything that could make this place better. We look forward to staying here again both in winter and summer!

The house was comfortable and commodious, with two master en suites which is perfect for sharing with two couples or families. Lots of nooks for family and friends to do their thing—puzzles, games, and excellent WiFi for working and play. A well- stocked kitchen and large dining table for group dinners was great! The location is terrific— beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance of the Tahoe Donner rec center with Gym and pools, grocery and deli market, nature trails, golf course, and restaurant/bar. We so enjoyed our stay!
