Please take into consideration that fees may apply for certain amenities.

Tahoe Donner is the place to be for year-round vacation fun. Make the trip to Northstar (13.5 miles), Squaw Valley (13.8 miles), or Alpine Meadows (16.8 miles) resorts for a day of downhill skiing or snowboarding. Or, in the summer, take a short, scenic drive (less than 22 miles) to the shores of Lake Tahoe and one of the sandy beaches at Kings Beach or Carnelian Bay. Downtown Truckee is close by with shops, galleries, and restaurants for every taste.

This property is updated and a great location across from the trout creek recreation center. Easy in and out process. Keyless entry and garage access for storage of our sporting equipment. Met all our expectations!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I for a week. You can literally walk across the road to the Trout Creek Rec Center in 2 minutes. The shuttle for Truckee Thursdays picks you up there as well. A short drive away is the Adventure Center for horse riding and bike rentals . Very comfortable furniture and bedding.
