We were told the freezer was broken a few days before arriving but was assured that the refrigerator portion was functioning properly, that was not true it wouldn't go colder than 53-54 degrees. The pool table is very small which would have been fine but every pool cue is broken and has no tip on it. So it is unusable. Pretty upsetting that the property manager never even responded about these things when brought to attention. The good things, hot tub was great. The gas bbq worked great. The bathrooms were nice and the house was well stocked besides needing a knife set like a chef's knife. I would stay again if those few things were addressed and got a partial refund for the issues, otherwise I'm probably not using this company again.

It’s hard to find great homes to rent online. I must say this was a positive surprise for me. Once could tell the family who owns it actually puts some love to it. The mattresses were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the appliances were a pleasure to use, the home was warm and spacious. Would definitely rent again, just not from Vacasa. 2 things we didn’t like: 1) the garage is TINY. We barely fit our car in there, and we could barely open the doors to get our kids out. 2) The hot tub wasn’t on when we arrived. This was unfortunate because we expected it to be on (we had put our swim suits and all) and couldn’t use it. It took over 24 hrs for it to become hot.

The property was great. We had a couple of issues that required maintenance to come out, but they did the next day. We had 2 families staying here and overall it was a great experience. Plenty to do in the house after skiing. House was mostly well stocked and clean. Both the adults and kids enjoyed the stay.
