The fee also includes access to the the Beach Club Marina, offering unbound lake views, water sports rentals, and a fantastic beach. When you want to explore, head four miles to Donner Memorial State Park or around five miles to historic downtown Truckee.

The Tahoe Donner Golf Course is just over a mile away and the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center is just under three miles from the home. In winter months, head three miles to the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center and the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort, a great spot for kids and beginners. Plus, you're within 16 miles of more challenging terrain at Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Squaw Valley.

At the home itself, the spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, and a wood-burning fireplace with a beautiful stone surround. A comfy sectional seats seven in front of a 50-inch TV. An upstairs loft area includes an all-in-one gaming table with foosball and mini-billiards.
